    Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death Games With Gold Promotion


    Hello,

    I was really looking forward to playing Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death, but I missed the download window due to holiday distractions. Since the window to download it as part of the Games With Gold promotion ended just a few days ago, is there any way
    at all to get a one time exemption/extension so that I could add this to my account? I'd really appreciate any help and consideration for this.

    My stream cut out on Mixer.

    I just posted this to Mixer support as well to see if it's a problem on their end but I was streaming "Marlow Briggs and The Mask of Death" and it abruptly ended itself, nothing happened to the game but the stream ended, however it was still saved as a VoD.
    The only other game that this has happened with is How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition. I was streaming on the Xbox One and it happened roughly 45 minutes in.

    Unfortunately once a promotion is over, there is no way to get that promotion again unless it goes on sale (or in this case free) again.

    Hi Shulamm. There is currently a delay in processing playtime for Free Ride. That will be updated by next week.

    As for the Gold Dust MyChallenge, We logged in Marlow Briggs and Shadow Warrior, but since Back to the Future was available in December, it was registered as December gameplay instead of January. We are reconfiguring and will reprocess this and Back to the
    Future gameplay will be recognized in January as well. Once this happens you should see that you've completed Gold Dust. Look for the change to process through in about a week. Thanks for your patience!
