    I wonder if MS has ever considered giving us a peer to peer marketplace? Seems like the logical step forward, considering that as it stands, we lack the ability to take full advantage of the licenses we purchase when we buy digital content.

    This has the potential to be a big win, win for ms if they play it right. By giving gamers the power to sell their digital content, you allow gamers to get a little something for the games they don't play anymore. For the buyer, it's also obvious. They get
    to buy a game at a discount that they may have been curious about in the past but, weren't compelled to buy the title at full price or, maybe they can't afford the full price for whatever reason. For MS, as I stated earlier, it's a win, win. For starters,
    they'd be offering something that no other platform does. 2: Digital sales would likely increase significantly. As users buy content from other users, the sellers will in turn spend the cash they've made to buy new content from the marketplace. To make things
    even better for themselves, MS could impose a nominal surcharge on the seller, say somewhere from 7%-10% of the selling price for facilitating the sale.

    I've been thinking of this for some time now but I never opened a thread about it because I honestly thought something like this would've come down the pipeline by now, 'cause it only makes sense. I think this is something we need, especially as more of
    us are committing to buying digitally. Personally, I haven't bought the hard copy of a game in about 5 years.

    The last console that I purchased, the 250GB Slim, included both Forza 3 and Alan Wake, the Forza game came in the form of the usual disc w/ shell case etc. while Alan Wake took on the form of a "download card", luckily, the "download card" was of the same
    dimension of a "slide in sleeve" which I proceeded to insert into an old plastic DVD case so I could display the cover in the cabinet, the simple pleasure of having something to actually hold in your hands and "show off" in the cabinet would be lost should
    they migrate to a "no disc" system. I may even pick up a cheap copy of the instruction manual to complete the makeshift "disc" case for Alan Wake someday, one of the few games where the boxart actually reflects the "feel" of the game itself. I think that
    it was implantedwall14, who commented recently, about not accessing the pdf Manual accompanying MASS Effect 3 because of a longing to hold the "paperback" version that appears to be becoming an antique by way of today's techological advances, much of the "Art"
    is becoming an "Artifact", unfortunately...:)

    does anyone truly know how long its going to take. and if xbox is trying to beat playstation. they made need to step it up a bit. xbox may still have my vote but maybe not from everyone else. downloads like that may help. however its just a thought

    It should be noted thst this was attempted before and LARGELY rejected by bloggers who still.hold.it in comtempt against xbox

    Then 300k signatories later head of xbox wss fired and thenonly way it wouldve.worked canceled (always on requirement) I dont see that happening.anytimw soon
