Marketplace Theft

So apparently i just got a 15 day suspension from playing online on any game i have, making purchases on the marketplace, and etc. For what reason? I have no clue. It tells me i made a "bad" purchase or something like that. Using
any sort of “shared” account to avoid having to pay for games or content, or Sharing account credentials??? I have done nothing of the such. Could it have anything to do with making a purchase thru
G2A??? Because it also tells about "Fraudulently transferring content licenses", if that has anything to do with it? I just want some sort of explanation for this stupidity.
I was banned for no reason. If there is a clear reason that i was Suspended then i want answers.

my account was banned due to marketplace theft. i dont even know what that is. how did i commit marketplace theft? everything i got off the marketplace i bought with my money/microsoft points

no that is just downloading the same thing again. That is normal and 100% supported solution.

Note that if you download the DLC on a DIFFERENT console, then only when that user is logged onto LIVE will it be the full version, otherwise it would be trial.

If it's on the same console, then there is no problem, it's just like you downloaded it the first time.
