    I’ll make a long story short for you, about a year ago maybe less the WWE2k16 was available as a free download game which I had downloaded for free and then it disappeared off my account and then I had to contact support and sort this issue which they told
    me they had to do as a refund which I wasn’t really cool but I went through it then I also wanted a refund for a game i my girlfriend had mistakenly bought on my Xbox when I was home which I couldn’t do anything about and then my account was banned for marketplace

    my account was banned due to marketplace theft. i dont even know what that is. how did i commit marketplace theft? everything i got off the marketplace i bought with my money/microsoft points

    no that is just downloading the same thing again. That is normal and 100% supported solution.

    Note that if you download the DLC on a DIFFERENT console, then only when that user is logged onto LIVE will it be the full version, otherwise it would be trial.

    If it's on the same console, then there is no problem, it's just like you downloaded it the first time.
