    Marketplace Purchase on Series S not showing in My Content.


    I purchased Mystic Wolves for Minecraft from Marketplace on Series S, but it does not appear in My Content. The price of Mystic Wolves was deducted from my account balance so it shows it was purchased. What do I do now?

    Can I install disc games from Xbox Live ?

    1. If it says its for the One/Series S/X, then it won't work on the 360. That content is still available for purchase in the 360 marketplace though so you could buy it there and it will still work.

    2. Yes. Anything you've purchased prior to the marketplace shutting down will still be available on your account to install and play. There is no time limit for this.

    3. Same as #1. If the purchase says it will only work for the One/Series S/X then it won't work on a 360.

    Sometimes purchasing content using the Xbox 360 marketplace can lead to problems on Series X/S consoles

    If you don’t mind, please try refunding the DLCs purchased and try instead purchasing the DLCs inside the games on your Xbox Series X/S

    Before I go through that, let me be very specific...

    The Marketplace and my 360 are only showing a purchase. The Xbox.com store (various devices), the store on my Xbox (One X &Series S), everything outside of the old Marketplace and my 360 show that I need to purchase again.

    I have only ever had one Xbox account and if I ever changed an email it was done through MS and I have NEVER had issues in the past.

    It is not isolated to one device/service it is all modern platforms (web, phone, Xbox One/Series S) not showing my purchase of the two games that I made using points on my Xbox 360. All other games that have been added to the list, excluding Cloning Clyde & Switchball, have transferred without issue.

    Unless they get added to the marketplace for digital purchase, you won't be able to play them on the Series S.
