marketplace not loading

    marketplace not loading


    my marketplace isnt loading marketplace not loading :( i open it and then it says this:
    marketplace not loading [​IMG]
    so i asked my sister to go to her marketplace to see if it was just a minecraft problem and her marketplace loaded completely. how can i fix this?

    Marketplace won't load

    Mine seems to work fine mate, I would try the above and see if that helps, if not contact support and see if they can help you out.

    Marketplace not loading properly

    Hi there!



    Have you tried clearing the update cache on the xbox 360 system? If not and you need help doing so, follow these steps:



    1. Navigate to the "My xbox" slide on your dashboard.
    2. Scroll right, to the last page which is the "System Settings" page.
    3. Select "Memory" from the list of options.
    4. Highlight your hard drive and hit Y on your controller.
    5. Select the option to clear the cache and perform maintenance on the memory unit.
    6. Sign out and back into xbox LIVE
    7. Go back to the content on the xbox live market place and see it that content has become available.


    If this is of no help then the content may be age restricted. Is your account an adult account (i.e. over the age of 18)?

    Unable to Load Marketplace

    Currently there is an issue with accessing the marketplace. Xbox is aware of it and are working to solve the issue. Keep an eye on the link below to stay up to date with it.
