    Marketplace mistake purchase


    My nephew (age 5) has recently purchased Destiny 2 on the marketplace by mistake, costing us 38.99. We have yet to download it and already have the game on disc. Is there any phone numbers or email addresses I could contact in order to seek advice on a refund.
    As we have yet to download it we technically haven't touched the actual game.

    Usually it is generally accepted that a language spoken by 99% of the region speakers is the language of majority

    Not 1% English this prevents mistaken purchases and marketplace fraud

    Hello, I have an issue with a purchase I have made on the 14/9/18. I have just purchased a addon for a game which I dont have and when I look in my order history I don't see refund item, which I want to refund. Please could you help ASAP

    Unfortunately when it comes to Marketplace purchases, all sales are final. It even says it before you confirm the purchase.

    Be happy it was only 20 points. I know people who have made the mistake and it cost them much more.

    When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license allows other profiles on that console to access the content. So he will be able to access the game from his profile
    unless you do a license transfer on another console.
