    Marketplace issues on 360


    I saw they fixed issues with the store and downloads on Xbox One and Xbox on Windows 10. I've been having issues with the marketplace on 360. It loads game pages very slowly and only when it feels like it, and I can't download anything. I've gotten two
    error codes, 80072741 (this one several times) and 8C230002. I also got a profile-related error code, but I can't remember it. I guess there are issues with the 360 marketplace as well right now

    Mini-Survey: How do you purchase your digital content on Xbox Live?

    I use my debit card and if I have money on my MS accounts I'll use it. Been buying digital since the 360 first put a good game on it's marketplace and have never had an issue with it.

    please see this link in regards to error 8C230002 it will have several steps to try and solve this issues:

    After that try the purchase again, if that fails then also check the support page for the error 80072741 here:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/xbox-live/error-code-80072741

    If it still fails then you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, since it could be a billing related issue.

    The post above is great but if this is happening solely on the 360, the console might need to be updated again.

    What I recommend if trying Solution 7 (because it's the fastest one) of the steps provided our website at

    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console

    UPDATE: Now when I go to account info, it says I don't have Xbox Gold when I do. I also got a new error code, 8007274c.

    I fixed it! Just needed to change a setting on my router. Thanks ya'll

    UPDATE: Now when I go to account info, it says I don't have Xbox Gold when I do. I also got a new error code, 8007274c.
