    I just bought dmc for xbox 360. I want to purchace the dlc but I cannot find any of these anywhere. The market palce only shows me the actula games. I cannot find it on the add ons.

    Sorry to hear about your pass troubles.

    Unfortunately when it comes to billing/refunds that has to go through support as the forum users don't have access to personal account information. (Which I think you'll agree is probably a good thing).

    -

    Have you checked your account to confirm that you were actually changed for the purchase?

    You can check here: https://billing.microsoft.com. It could be it said it was charging you, but didn't.

    Hi,

    Are MS taking the mick!

    I purchased battlefield premium a while back and recovered the online pass on a new xbox, so i would get all the maps for free again

    I went to back to karkland to download it and it has charged me £9.99 without confirming any payment method

    Im going to ring MS tomorrow anyway but is there anything anyone can do here to save me a phone call and the unlucky person on the end of the line a nasty customer

    Marketplace Purchasing Issue

    The toy soldiers DLC was part of the previous weeks DLC, and it should be changed now, but it's still showing. I'm guessing with all the activity going on with the updates rolling out that there will be a day or two of glitches. I recommend waiting a day
    or two, although I'm sad to inform you that the toy story was a deal of the week and is actually over now. The deals change every tuesday morning, and that was one of the last weeks deals.

    UPDATE: Now when I go to account info, it says I don't have Xbox Gold when I do. I also got a new error code, 8007274c.
