Marketplace is stuck in 2013?

hello had this problem for over a year now,its hard to explain but i have an attached pic with what it looks like now, because of this i cannot get any of the monthly free games or join xbox live gaming events as it doesnt appear on my dashboard i also cant
login into the xbox live player to watch etc this is an quiet frustrating. Has anyone had this problem? And if so how would i fix this? Thank you

Problem With Pins

An item I unknowingly had pinned got delisted from the marketplace and is now stuck in my list of pins and in the way. How do I fix this?

I don't see anything wrong with that dashboard

Ssx is the current games for gold game anyways

Make sure you know the login info

If you want delete the marketplace cache and delete profile only and clear system cache

Then recover the gamertag

 

Even if the free monthly games appear on my dashboard i am unable to download them, plus i checked one of my friends xbox dashboard and theirs is a newly updated. Also sometimes it will say there some temporary problems with xbox live, even though i am

What games are you trying to download and what error msgs do you receive?

If account region and actual region doesn't match that would be why as most are region locked

If you compare the screenshot i sent to say My account when signed in my 2 sisters or a friends his is completely different, i am fairly positive its something to do with his account.

also concerning the free monthly games and game events they just don't show up as in... his dashboard has not changed for months, but with mine and others the tiles change regularly. im no expert so i leave to ya'll.

There is an ongoing issue with game services and BT hubs

 

Concerning what i posted that is my ISP etc but his region... his ISP is SKY and i dont think it can be the ISP as my account and my sisters/familys are all okay.... we have tried using his profile in multiple consoles and multiple homes with different ISPs
and same problem persists.

 

Sky and BT both have issues for some odd reason

With sky its an easy fix

You hard reset your modem and router for 5minw

And if you google BT hub and psn or Xbox live its listed as a ongoing issue on bt s website forums

They say a modem or router replacement is needed according to their forums or some adjustments to settings

 

With fibre they have to be adjusted for gaming FYI and normal settings don't work

 

I'm thinking though its more to do with your marketplace cache

How much HD space do you have maybe free up some space

 

Since your free marketplace isn't showing up I suggest deleting the marketplace cache

And hard reserting the modem and router set the Xbox on DMZ and upnp according to BT forums it helps with lag
