Marketplace in Minecraft not working

Does the market place give you a link? or do they just say contact support? If they provided a link I would recommend following it, if not then attempt a hard reset by doing exactly
as I say:

1. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds (or until the power shuts down completely).
2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
3. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console
   
   if the problem persists I recommend following this link to the official Xbox MC support

If you purchased the skin pack back on Xbox 360, it may no longer be usable on bedrock edition, that is what happened to me with some of my skins. What you are able to do is long onto another device (such as windows 10, or pocket edition) and import your
own skin.

No, I bought it on the Xbox 1. There's just a problem with the Marketplace in general. I just want to know how to fix it.
