    So I noticed when I try to buy a dlc for a backward compatibility game (dark souls 1) it keeps saying "try buying on Xbox.com or Xbox 360" "at the moment, this can't be purchased on Xbox One. (0x8c150020)" When I try using Xbox.com, the message "you are
    unable to make this kind of transaction on Xbox.com finish the transaction on your console." I don't have a 360 anymore, and I'm not restricted at all on my account. Pretty much it's a constant loop of "go to your pc, go to your console" and none of them work.
    I also don't have a 360 anynore. Am I *** here or what?

    all day on may 1st the marketplace. has been having problems. i tried to buy a add on for forza horizon 3 but couldn't. fix this Xbox. support

    Usually there's 2 issues that could keep you from making a 360 purchase on the One. If you're on a child account or you don't have a credit card/Paypal on file. The 360 store is set up differently than the store on the One and xbox.com.

    Any child restriction settings you have on the One will only apply to any purchases you make for One content. You would have to make the purchase on a 360 in order for those settings to apply.

    The One/website don't see currency on your account as a valid payment option for 360 content. So you can only make purchases using a credit card/Paypal from there.

    If neither of those apply to you, you may want to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    My account is unrestricted which makes it so I'm pretty sure it's not any of those that aren't what's going on. And I do have a credit card. It's hooked onto my Xbox so the website doesn't use the same card that your account uses? How would one manually
    enter payment info cause that never even came up on the site

    The website does use the same card that your account uses so that wouldn't be an issue. So if you're not on a child account, you would need to contact support to see if there are any other issues.
