    When I purchased the plastic texture pack on my nintendo switch an error popped up and told me to sign in to my Microsoft account and when I dad they didn’t grant me the texture pack or the extra mine coins I had leftover

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    When you received the initial error to sign into your Microsoft account. My guess is it didn't go through with the purchase. Is this for minecraft?

    But you may reach out to support here at Customer support . Make sure to be logged into your Microsoft account as they will be able to better look into your account
    and see what the issue might be.

    Just an add on to Smwutches info. The reason you are getting that error message is because while your account has a billing suspension on it you can neither add or purchase items at all until the problem is sorted.
