    I recently bought a texture pack (Emric 16x), but it wasn't downloading so I cancelled it to retry and it says downloading when I go to it on the marketplace but it never makes any progress, is there anything I can do

    ah, ok - i normally open the marketplace from Minecraft so I may be looking for it wrong but i couldn't find it by using the search bar

    should i be doing something different?

    Thanks for your reply! Try to Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    Then open the marketplace again to purchase the texture pack.

    Yes, for the MS store then you can try opening the game's marketplace to download the texture pack. You're trying to download it from Minecraft's marketplace right?
