    I recently got banned for Market Place Theft, and I have no idea why this has happened, I googled it and its happened to alot of other people, how long does it take for support to reply?

    Hi there - Firstly, please refrain from cussing as it will probably make people less inclined to helping you out, as well as contravening the forum guidelines.

    Try un-installing the DLC from your Xbox, clear your cache, and then re-download the DLC pack. When you load up the game, as the cache has been cleared, you'll be prompted to download the latest patch again. If this doesn't work, please get back in touch
    with Xbox Support, either via the forums, the ambassador chat, or @Xboxsupport

    I just brought a dlc pack for battlefield bad company but when I play the dlc does not appear in the game.

    I have now re downloaded it 3 time but will not be in the game.

    I am sick of your *** *** the xbox 1 im going to SONEY.!

    Enforcement site    , it can usually take a couple of days for the review to be completed.

    no, if the bank pulls the funds back then microsoft will deem that as market place theft and ban the account.
