Market Place Fraud Suspension

2 months ago I was the victim of a hack in which mainly COD and GTAV points were purchased using my xbox account, but the recipient was not my xbox account. I never made those purchases and they did not appear on my console. I reported this to Microsoft
who acknowledged that I was not receiving the purchased points - I changed my password, entered a passkey, reported the unauthorised transactions to my credit card company who refunded over £300. I thought that was the end of the matter until I have now received
a 2 week ban!!! I asked for a review, explaining I was hacked, and incredibly the original decision was upheld, even though I was the victim of the hack, and Microsoft acknowledged that the points and services were not being received by my xbox - so who was
using them and how did they access my account? Microsoft should have protected my account from fraud but instead they have given me a 2 week ban, presumably for the high level of refunds from the unauthorised transactions. I have had an xbox live account for
years, have never been suspended, and have a good reputation - surely this is not the way to treat a loyal gamer? Please help.

Gamesharing is only suppose to be used for family members. To use it with friends is against the Xbox terms of use and considered market place fraud.
