Problem is that Mariah is the 12 year-old and she has somehow created a parent account with access to grandparent's card. Grandparent does not have an account as of yet. Ignorance is not necessarily bliss.

Thanks for letting us know. You can download the insider hub and remove the console from the program if you like. On the next big update it will be taken out of the program.

Hi Mariah,

With hotspots, they are hard to troubleshoot as there is no router and network hardware. So if it doesn't connect it either the console or phone. In this respect you will need to contact who you have the phone service with. As there is nothing more that
we can do for troubleshooting.
