    march vip rewards


    bought all kinds of different things during march for the simply rewarding offer "spend $60 and. Get 6,000 credits" and received nothing at all not a single point and i know i spent at least $60 so i should at the very least got something please look into
    my account and find out what happened

    xbox rewards anniversary

    Hello !

    i've just reached my xbox rewards anniversary since March 1st but i didn't see anything in my rewards panel to claim the VIP Gems i deserve for it. ( 300 VIP Gems apparently)

    Can you help me for this problem please .

    Hello roberts666,

    The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

    For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Keep in mind if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for March purchases.
