March event not rewarding

Hi, I bought Witcher 3 digital for the March Wild West event and an avatar hat and got the points for step 1 and 2.

I finished the last of the 5 achievements required for step 3 and 4 on March 18, long before the event was over. Last time I looked at the progress it was at 40% before the month ended when I had been all done with all the steps for almost 2 weeks.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with achievements that we have just recently resolved. You should see step 3 complete shortly. Once our system can process this completion, you should see the bonus complete after a short processing
time.

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. There were some issues with achievement tracking.

We were able to determined that you are not eligible for the rewards because you created your Mixer account pass the date of the event. The event started on 8/21/18 and in order to be eligible for the mixpot you must have a gamertag and a Mixer account created
before the event that's attached to the gamertag.

That isn't true. At all.

I have my Mixer account since months. I even got the previous Mixer Sea of Thieves reward, the Ebony flintlock, back in March.

We see that you have been consistently Rewarded for these purchases. For example, your purchase of Assassin's Creed Rogue was a part of March's payback, and your purchases of Double Dragon Neon and KILLER IS DEAD made up part of your February payback. You
can review all Credit and Deposit event from the MyStatement of the MyRewards page.
