March 27th Jigsaw Jammer

I have won the Jigsaw Jammer 4 times on the March 27th daily challenge but each time, although it says I have won, I get the message that it's incomplete. Must be a bug. I have a perfect month going and would like to keep it that way. Can you fix this before
the end of the month?

Jigsaw Jammer 11 March 2018 fails to load (window 8.1)

Any ideas ? I have seen another similar query but no response, so I am not the only one.

JigSaw Jammer-March 15th

I have now completed all 3 parts of this puzzle 3 times in a row. Twice w/ 59 and 58 seconds remaining on the timer. Each of those 3 times I got a message that said the challenge was incomplete. This puzzle does not load on an iPhone 7 either. There
are many problems with these puzzles loading and playing correctly. Does anyone else have these problems?

Were you able to resolve the issue? Going forward, please try some of the suggestions from our FAQ, such as fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Hi,

It appears that the issue is specifically with the game corrupted components. We need to gather more information about the issue by answering the following questions below:

1. Have you done any changes on your system?

2. Are you getting any error messages? If yes, please provide us with a screenshot.

3. Is this happening to a different game?

4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far?

For the mean time. Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:

Method 1: Perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the link on
how to perform a clean boot.

Method 2: Let us run the Windows Apps Troubleshooter by following the instruction on this

link.

Me too I can't get the 1st and the 3rd jigsaw jammer to load

I'm sorry to see any issues playing Jigsaw Jammer from April 1st. I thought it might have been an elaborate April Fool's prank, however testing it out it seems to be working for me on my computer. If you haven't already, I suggest uninstalling the game and
then installing it again on your PC. Let me know how that goes! We'll look at our next steps once that's completed and if it's still crashing the game.
