I don't know how they decide who gets it but my roommate's xbox has it and mine doesn't so it's clearly not by area.

This is pretty sorry. My friends have the update and I dont. Last I checked I paid just as much for my xbox live account as they did.

have the update but my Kinect sensor keeps rebooting........on then off then on and so on......played it 6hrs before update and it was fine...

They are slowly rolling out the update to everyone. They aren't letting everyone do it at once, otherwise it would be so much traffic on their servers. The update came out yesterday (3/4) and mine just updated today (3/5) around 3:00 PST. So, just wait
for it and it will update eventually.
