Map Bundle Purchased but doesnt work

I have worked with Xbox support / gamers on line but cant get my Map Bundle that i recently purchased to work on XB1 for COD WaW. We have tried everything but cannot play on any games for those purchased maps. Who do i contact to try and get a credit
back to my accound.

As long as you purchase the special bundle you get a code which can be used by one person. There is a code in the box so it doesnt have to be uses with the console it is bundled with.

You have to buy it separately.

Make sure you go to the marketplace and select the bundle. The Halo 4 war games directed me to only a piece of the DLC to download (which I did not know they were now selling the set in pieces). They are now selling parts of the DLC for more overall and
with less features. I purchased the map pack thinking it was the bundle (like it was with the previous maps) and it is not.

They won't refund the purchase or switch your purchases.

The bundle has more DLC than if you bought each by themselves.

I wish it would of let me know this when I clicked for the map pack on the actual game.

I dont see the bundle. I just see under maps where it says purchased for zombie nuketown and season pass but no other maps. Where do I find it?
