Many Xbox Live Gold members in Israel can't see their deals from Xbox One.

This is according to Microsoft support in Israel and my personal experience.

When choosing the "gold games and deals" button from Xbox One they get

"Sorry there was a problem opening this page. Please try again in a moment".



When choosing the "subscriptions" button in the account they get 0x80bd0006.



Even the Android application shows only Games no more Deals as it used to be.



The only way Israelis can see the Deals is using the PC or Xbox 360.



Supports says everything is good, but it's defiantly not good at all.



In addition Forza Motorsport I doesn't connect to multiplayers.



It all begun in the summer sell.



Not fun at all,

Please assist.

Tron: Evolution is not available in my Xbox One Console Store.

Yesterday I found Tron:Evolution in my Android Application at work,

then at home I found it in my Xbox One and I was able to download.

Then my Gold stop working Again and after an hour it worked Again.

Microsoft must check very carefully what is wrong in Israel since the

summer sale, too many problems for the Gold members in Israel.

I have no PS only a xbox one

for xbox live gold members i see nothing special .

i have buy the golf club game with xbox live gold but the game is difficult to play and not many golf games for xbox one.

The Error code you provided typically means there is something wrong with your profile when trying to access features on XBL. You should try these

Solutions and see if they help out!

In addition are you a member of the Preview Program? In terms of Forza, can you try a Multiplayer test, and tell me what you get and if any error codes show, if removing your account and re-adding it does not fix this as well, try uninstalling
Forza from the console and reinstall it and see if the problem is solved!

If not be sure to come back with results!

After removing and reinstalling Forza 6 multiplayer's probably will work,

But the download will take forever and it didn't downloaded the necessary tracks yet.

In the same 48 hours I downloaded and played other games on my PC and PS4 very fast.

But the real problem is not personal according to Microsoft telephone support in Israel:

When turning off the console to quick startup it stops the download,

when turning on there is DHCP problem, only after reboot we can continue the download.

Even the Android application shows only Games no more Deals in Israel as it used to be.

After a nightmare of 20 days, all is good now finally.

It is still not possible to download tron on Xbox One,

only on Xbox 360, but it's not a big issue.

I subscribed to Gold from within my Xbox One Console.

I know that it was not a trivial to solve this issue,

I do appreciate that Microsoft came out with a solution.

Please help me with Tron:Evolution,

I can't download it to my Xbox One.

In the Gold page it send me to the Hub page,

In the Hub page it send me to the store page.

No option to download it anywhere.

In the PC it says that I already purchased it.

I can download it to my Xbox 360,

but I like it on my Xbox One please.
