Many purchased 'gold' games have disappeared!

Me too, Have purchased games but will not download, taken my gold ok thou. Also my games i have purchased have all disappeared.

:c when i purchase it, it just disappears off the screen and doesnt update to gold im really confused please help

I PURCHASED gold to get the discount, but after spending the 9.99 on gold to become a gold member (let me stress this one more time), which made me a gold member who is entitled to the gold member discounts, the discount would not apply.

Then I opened a support ticket, and not 30 seconds after telling the representative what game I was trying to purchase, the "Gold exclusive price" tag disappeared, and it was no longer on sale. Then I was told "It must be a bug with your browser" by the
representative.

So I just tried the App. I searched for Garden Warfare 2 and pressed the "Get" button. It then says I purchased the game but then the "Get" button reappears and no matter how many times I press it the "Get" option is still there. I then tried this with The
Technomancer and it processed just like normal and the "Get" button disappears.

The problem I foresee is that once my EA Access subscription expires I might not be able to play the game even if I am then currently subscribed to Gold because it didn't properly register as "gotten" during the Games with Gold promotion period.

Unfortunately even your order history wont show you the games you have claimed via games with gold.

I keep a spreadsheet of everything I purchase and use a third party site to also keep track of my game collection.

Games disappear from the ready to install when they are delisted or randomly.
