Many problems with this game EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

However, this is a forum for support only. I'm not saying that you shouldn't post this, but I think you'd get a higher chance of getting this seen and changes made by submitting this in an Xbox Customer Feedback form.

While I will never be one to disagree with Microsoft's lack of customer care, this post just seems like another person looking to get something for nothing after making a huge number of moronic mistakes. Not to mention very poor research skills. All it takes
(like the post above me) is a couple minutes to find plenty of HDD for cheaper. And pretty much anyone who does any research would never have forked over all that cash to continue to fix a broken console. Honestly, this is pretty much your fault. Not so much
Microsoft. They didn't force to not do research and just listen to them and fork over hundreds of dollars.

And yes, pretty much everywhere, the hard drive is the same price - $130.

and yet another break down. No warranty. Sent it in again. Finally, after that console broke once again, I decided to upgrade to the xbox 360 slim.

Again, why?



Day One, in the box, MS offered a warranty extension on the 360. It was right there in the launch console boxes, and for several years after. $50 covered the console for two additional years of warranty. That warranty extension is still available for every
new console and can now be purchased online.



There is little reason for you to have paid for out of warranty repairs. An extra $50 would have covered the first console for thee years. After that, buy a new console, don't repair it.

According to your story, you've bought two consoles (one launch, one 4GB + Kinect), so that's $700. You've also spent $200 for out of warranty repairs. That's not "countless", that's $900.

So I traded in my broken xbox for a new slim 4gb, for a decent
amount of money. Still not cheap, but decent.

You decided to buy Kinect. No one forced you to. The $300 kit without Kinect comes with a 250GB HDD.



Right now, on Amazon, there are two fulfilled by Amazon sellers that offer the 250GB HDD for $75-$90.
