    Many problems with my Xbox One


    Ok basically I have many problems with my xbox one, for starters it doesn't recognize a TV's HDMI cable or a controller signal. One time it was able to do so but a problem I have with it was that apps don't work! I launch an app and it stays on the title
    screen and after a while says "App took too long to start" and I have to go to the home screen. Another problem is the xbox one freezes sometimes for like 5 minutes. Sooo... Where to begin or must I get it repaired

    Hey there Relic! I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your new console. Of course if you wanted to return it to the store for a replacement, that would be one option. If you want to though, I can help you troubleshoot the console.

    As for the WLID issues, you should be able to request a password reset on
    https://login.live.com    . There is a link right under the log-in fields. Are you having an issue with this process? I hope you get things sorted out, but please let me know if you need any help, thanks!

    I have this problem occasionally and am convinced it is a bug in the Xbox One networking code. None of my many other devices have a problem and, when this happens, it does not seem from my router logs that the Xbox One even tries to request a DHCP IP.

    The email issue could be that someone else used it and the password (Unauthorized activity on your Email/WILD) Simply make a different email, not that big of a deal...
