    Hi i am a Rewards Member since 2012.

    I have spend alot Money in my digital Games Collection and i am never over Level 2 Vip (This cant be correct)

    I also have Gold but get only 2% cashback not 4% like other Goldmembers

    And i cant get my Points because the System say that something is wrong with my Account, i checked it and there is nothing all is fine and right

    I really hope that this Error can be fixed because i liked this Rewards System.

    But i dont like to sepnd my time for nothing Many Problems pls read and help ;)

    2 day Gold trials come free with certain games. Im happy to give someone my XBL trial codes, because theyre useless to me considering I already have Gold.

    Destiny DLC, however, is $20 for it. That guy can kiss my ass, lol.



    That being said, I dont have any codes since I've gone digital this gen Paul, sorry!

    I have see that i whas at Level 4 VIP and than i make a break, falling to Level 2 and dont get higher than 2 29%

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Keep in mind that purchases like game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We see that you have only been receiving 2% payback due to you not having a full month of being a Gold member. The double % back is for members who have uninterrupted Gold membership throughout the month. Furthermore, we see that you have never been a level
    4 MyVIP. Keep in mind that MyVIP Star 4 and MyVIP Star 2 (Gold) are not the same.

    Regarding your deposit, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
    thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will
    be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
