    Many previously purchased xbox games are no longer in my purchase history


    Your Shape : Fitness evolved and a few other games. I had purchased these games and played them for years. Now I primarily use an Xbox One, but wanted to play those games with the kinect for my kids. Not only are they no longer in
    my purchase history, but when I search for them it asks me to purchase them again (not download again purchase again)

    what gives?

    EDIT: none of these where games with gold, all xbox 360 games and all purchased at full price and downloaded. No CDs.

    Double Dragon and TMNT on XBLA, where are they??

    Those games were removed from the XBLA Marketplace as they no longer had a publisher, so you won't find them there.

    If you had purchased them previously, you will be able to find them in your
    Purchase History    , and you can re-download them from there.

    Xbox Video - Purchase History / My Movies Blank

    I have zero purchase history under my account via console.

    I know I have purchased a handful of movies which are no longer listed under my account in xbox video.

    I rented a movie last night and that doesn't even show under purchase history.

    I can go online and view the purchase history and I can see all rentals and purchases there but they are not in my account anymore.

    The Movies I have purchased are asking me to re-purchase them in order to watch them.

    This is frustrating.

    Already stated that it is no longer on the Xbox Store. Can see it pretty clearly on my purchase history but it's no longer on my Xbox Games.

    Those games were removed from the XBLA Marketplace as they no longer had a publisher, so you won't find them there.

    If you had purchased them previously, you will be able to find them in your
    Purchase History    , and you can re-download them from there.

    Unfortunately, this download history contains none of my unique codes for any game! I didn't realise that this was on the console, however, so this will be a tremendous help to download all previously purchased history that I want to keep so thanks!

    Since the game isn't in my purchase history I went ahead and got a copy, so this is no longer an issue. Thanks for showing where to check my 360 purchases.

    I have the same issues with this. I'm actually quite upset that the old
    Purchase History     page was removed on the Xbox website. When the website was changed a few months back. They removed that section of the website in which we could look at our entire account download history. That page also included GFWL PC purchases.

    More than likely they removed the page so people would stop asking about past purchases that were no longer available. I personally don't like the newer page used for looking at our purchase history. There's way to many holes in the information, and it's
    no longer easy to navigate like the old purchase history page was. That's just my opinion though.

    Only thing we can do at this point is submit feedback about this on
    Xbox Ideas Uservoice    .
