Many games won't load & Dashboard issues

Ever since the new dashboard update, it takes around 60s just to sign in when powering on the xbox one. This is powering on from the warm standby. A huge selling point on this console was the 'instant on' functionality. You have just broken that functionality
with this new dashboard and now all the warm standby does is waste electricity. Do you all even test this garbage before you release it?

Another issue that may or may not be related to the dashboard update is that many of my games won't load at all. It appears to be the games that I haven't played in a while. It just says something like "Something went wrong, give it another try" and if you
try again they just never load. These are games I paid for. If they will not load, I will expect a full refund of my purchase price for ALL of these games. We are not your beta testers. You need to pull the plug on this ridiculous new dashboard and go
back and work on it some more to get it ready for prime time.

Cod AW digital freeze buzz

still having issues... but now it is worse than before...

uninstalled and installed the game again.. now, it won't even load.. it freezes after about 3 seconds, and it goes back to xbox dashboard..

Have been having trouble with Jigsaw for mths now, I Have uninstalled & reinstalled many times but still won't load daily challenges

Sorry to hear you're upset. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

That solves most minor issues such as games/apps not loading and slow start speeds.

Thank you onyx. I was able to fix the "Something went wrong" error by doing a hard power cycle (unplugging the power supply for a few minutes) then clearing the cache (holding down the power button for a while when starting up).

Unfortunately, this will not fix the other design flaws with the new interface. The ~60s to sign in is not going to go away unless they code it away. Basically they decided to toss the instant on functionality in favor of an ugly interface.

I have an 11ms ping time when I do the network test, so I doubt it's my network.

Hi, I just tried this and am still getting the same issue.

Just crash to dashboard while the game loads up.

Edit - it won't even load the base game now.

If there is an external hard drive connected to your console, please turn off the console and then disconnect the external hard drive. Turn on the console without the external hard drive and check if it works fine. A corrupted hard drive can affect load times on the console causing it to crash.

How are we supposed to go to settings if the dashboard won't even load?

This is normal, Xbox LIVE or the dashboard may glitch or not load for you 100% and not all the hubs/tabs won't load. You can either sign out and back in or click on something and it well refresh the dashboard.
