Many consol for family + Xbox live

I have 3 xbox one console for the family with a account for each person but just a one subcription to Xbox live. Do we each need to have an Xbox live subscription to play online even though we are a family.
Example we want to play to Overwatch + group party for each ( i have already 3 CD of this game).

One account is adequate but the day may come when that changes

You can set your account to have one Xbox set as it's home Xbox at a time. Any user on that Xbox will then have access to the subscriptions and games associated with the account

A: When an individual is added to an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack, that person’s Xbox LIVE account must be on the same console as the primary account holder. However, once they are a part of your Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack, that person could recover their
account on a different console and still remain a part of the Family Pack, as long as they reside in the same country as the primary account holder.
