Manufacturing defective game

Hello, I would like to report a problem that happened to a game of my "Grand Theft Auto V" I bought it on physical media and I saw defective production I had noticed this when I went to take the game off the cover I realized it was a bit difficult To remove
the game, when removing the game from the tray of my video game and by the cover I hear a crack more I thought that it was only the game fitting in the pineapple but the next day I went to play the game but appeared exactly this message "impossible to read
The disk "I think the game was dirty I went and did the process of cleaning the disk exactly as said in the same message and put the disk in the tray but the same problem occurred soon I was worried I was try to find where the error was, I had Until I found
that it was the disk reader after a light search on the internet, it took me a few days to realize that the disk was damaged ... as I know it is a manufacturing defect disk 1 that was used only once to make the Installation of the additional data is also damaged
the same way I have photos that prove the problem ... I would like to know what I should do to solve the problem?

Defective case manufacturing

I haven't noticed any defects in the case. The gloss finish is a dirt/dust magnet, but that is all that I have noticed. Asides from potentially voiding the warranty, I don't think there would be any other issue.

You could upload a picture to an online service and link it here. Easy to share on SkyDrive for example and we can see and compare.

First thing to do would be to get in touch with the place of purchase about a faulty product, if the product is now new then you would need to contact the manufacturer, usually this can be the publisher, check the website

If it comes down to it being the HDD's then Microsoft need to do something about this. Also get our new xboxs serviced! No they should just replace them full stop! Mine is only 2 months old and others are brand new. Recall the ones with faults and send out
new ones. Everyone's happy then!

I've been in a few threads over the past few days that have reported that their console is noisy. For the most part, and I'm going to stick my neck out here, I feel they are being over sensitive to the fan noise. Because for me, in their video's, it sounds
normal. There have been a few though where the noise has been above normal and I've given people the link to start a service request which I will do for you too (see bottom of post)

As for the controller. It's subject to ware and tear as is anything you use on a daily basis. My controller seems fine, still going and still feels solid. I'm not too sure what else to say except maybe it's time to get a new one?

I called Microsoft about this issue. I agreed to place a hold on my credit card and pay a $15 service fee for the "Advanced Replacement" of the console. However, they stated that they had no option to do Advanced Replacement for the controller, nor could
it be included in the same service number. So, I would have a new console, and would still be left sending in the controller for service. The console is not super helpful without a controller. I was super disappointed by the lack of options, but not surprised.
