    Manette Xbox One Joystick défaillant


    Bonjour,

    Depuis quelques jours le joystick gauche de la manette pose problème, cela crée des déplacements sans que je ne touche quoi que ce soit. J'ai vu beaucoup d'articles d'actualité sur le "Joystick Drift" et j'aimerai savoir si je peux renvoyer ma manette pour
    une réparation (ou un échange).

    Je l'ai achetée en Juillet 2019, elle est donc encore sous garantie.

    This issue is known as Joystick drifting. It is caused by damage to the controller e.g Fall onto the floor or Water has gotten into the inside of the controller. Please do NOT try to fix the controller on your own as it may remove the guarantee. Go to where you have bought it from and explain the issue. This is the only way to fix this.

    Peut-être que le fait que la manette soit connecter au logiciel "xbox compagnon" cela fait qu'elle ne peut pas être détecté par la console ?

    Sinon vérifie bien qu'aucune autre manette ne soit connecter et que tu as bien connecter ta manette en appuyant sur les deux boutons pour connecter une manette (celui sur la console et celui sur la manette.)
