Bonjour, J'ai une manette xbox one halo 5 guardians qui refuse de s'allumer.

cette manette été acheter il y a 2 ans et demi, elle une batterie officielle xbox one et c'est en rechargeant cette batterie qu'elle a refuser de s'allumer par la suite. J'ai testé avec des piles, mais cela ne fonctionne pas. La batterie elle, fonctionne
sur une autre manette. J'ai l'impression que c'est un faux contact ou court circuit car la lumière refuse de s'allumer ou très faible pendant quelque micro seconde et s'éteint dès aussitôt.

J'ai testé d'y jouer avec le câble, mais lorsque je branche le câble, la manette s'allume et s'éteint dès aussitôt.

Quel est la durée de garantie pour une manette ? ou peut-on la faire réparé ?

C'est une manette collector et je ne veut pas m'en séparé....

Sorry to hear about the issues with your controller. Unfortunately, as the controller is two years or older there will most likely not be a warranty option for the device.

But, you might see about getting a repair for that controller as it does indeed sound like there is a connection issue inside the controller.
