    Bonjour je viens d'installer des nouveaux drivers hier est depuis l'installation (avec driver cloud) mon ordinateur ne reconnais plus ma manette xbox celle-ci ne s'allume meme plus quand elle est branchée a mon ordinateur j'ai utiliser le gestionnaire
    de périphériques j'ai éssayé de mettre a jour le driver mais un message me dis que "Windows n'a pas pu votre périphérique inconnu." J'ai verifié sur internet est je n'ais trouvé aucunes solutions viable donc je viens vers vous en ésperant avoir une réponse

    Hello I just installed new drivers yesterday is since the installation (with cloud driver) my computer no longer recognizes my xbox controller it does not even light up when it is connected to my computer I use the manager

    I I found the problem it was my 2 usb ports which no longer detect my controller

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. Are you connecting your controller via a USB cable or wirelessly? I had a similar issue where it would not install the drivers for my controller and it turned out the USB port I was using was not powerful
    enough to power the controller. If you are using a USB cable perhaps try a different USB port on your PC perhaps one located at the back of the pc and not the ones on the front.
