    In order to sign up your Elite controller for a warranty repair, go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com     and if not already done so, register your Xbox One console.

    Click on the Xbox One console, and choose that you have issues with an accessory. From the accessory menu, choose the Elite controller.

    When you are asked for the controllers serial number, you can find that inside the battery compartment of the controller.

    Contact Us
    portal, choose the Xbox One, Click No Thanks upon option for virtual agent, Select
    Controllers, and choose Request a call from Support.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with the Accessories app! We are an English only support forum, and as such our forums are currently only in English. Hopefully translations are not interfering with our work together. ;)

    Our
    Elite controller configuration guide     explains what each option controls in the app itself. You mention "radial calculation" - Do you mean the ability to adjust the thumbsticks for the full range of movement? If not, let me know what you mean so that I can
    work with getting you the answer you need on that.

    As for new configurations, please post up the suggestion for that on our
    Feedback site     (also English-only). We do not have plans at this time to release new configurations, however the Feedback site is the place you will want your voice heard.

    Let me know on the radial calculation, and if you have any other concerns! We'll work together to sort it all out. :)
