Manette défectueuse [Defective controller]

Bonjour, je viens tout juste de faire l acquisition d'un pack xbox one x + jedi fallen order deluxe mais je me retrouve confronté un léger problème : la manette contenue dans le pack est défectueuse.

Étant un grand adepte des jeux de tirs, je me suis rendu compte au bout de quelques minutes de jeu que le joystick droit de la manette tendance "glisser" sur la droite, autrement dit si je laisse la manette sans toucher au joystick, le viseur sur mon
écran se déplace seul vers la droite.

J'ai déj enregistrer ma console sur le site de microsoft, et écumer le site afin de trouver comment me faire rembourser ou échanger cette manette, mais impossible de trouver autre chose que le support qui me dit de mettre bêtement ma manette jour (ce
qui est le cas)

Comment faire pour me faire rembourser ou échanger cette manette svp ?

Merci d avoir répondu aussi vite ! Malheureusement j'ai acheter ce pack sur un site de e-commerce et leurs sav laisse désirer, pas grave je me servirai de cette manette pour des jeux qui demande moi's de precision

Je te conseil vivement de retourner au près du magasin que tu as achetés le pack de la console.

Ils vont peut-être te la changer sur place, ou bien ils vont t'indiqué les procédures suivre afin de rentré en contact avec le support technique de Microsoft...

De ce fait, Il faut avoir votre preuve d'achat ainsi être sûr que la console est sous garentie.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on getting your controller serviced. I cant totally understand how it could be pretty hard to find the right info through the site sometimes. If your controller is in warranty, we have instructions on how
to request a replacement
