manette copper shadow

Bonjour,

Apres l’achat de 3 manettes standard officielles xbox one je me decide a investir un peu plus pour ne plus avoir le proleme recurrent du stick analogique gauche bien connu. Apres quelques mois d'utilisation de cette manette achetée chez auchan le bouton
lb casse, je me decide appeller microsoft pour simplement obtenir ces fameux boutons et l on me propose de changer ma manette mais il me faut le ticket de caisse. Malheureusement je ne l'ai pas conservé. Très decu de cette reponse par Microsoft et de leur
manque de fiabilité surtout au niveau des manettes et etant client chez vous depuis des années je pensais avoir droit un peu plus de consideration. Mais rien de tout cela.... Je pense donc completement changer mon fusil d'epaule et simplement changer de
plateforme de jeu l'issue de mon abonnement

BY JOE SKREBELS UPDATE: Microsoft has also revealed the Copper Shadow edition, a vaguely self-explanatory title.

In a post on the Major Nelson blog, Microsoft revealed that the controllers would arrive in the US and Canada this month, with "other select regions" getting them in April. The Copper edition will be sold in Gamestop and on the Microsoft Store, while the Dusk edition will be sold in Best Buy for a limited period, and also on the Microsoft Store.

In the US, the Best Buy-exclusive controller will retail at $70, and is nowavailable for pre-order with an official release later this year. No details have as yet been given about its release in other territories.

Really sorry to hear the frustrations with your controller. Unfortunately if support requires a receipt for your repair/replacement we aren't able to offer an alternative. Any chance to reach out to your bank for proof of purchase?

 

bonjour mister maka non aucune chance j'ai payé en especes, je ne demande meme pas le changement de la manette mais simplement que l'on m'envoit ces boutons lb et rb pour que je les change je suis convaincu qu'ils doivent en avoir et vu le prix sur une manette
standard 3 euros j'imagine que pour la copper ils ne doivent pas etre beaucoup plus cher et je veux bien les payer alors pourquoi ne pas me le proposer
