maneater game pass PC launch problem

When I launch the video game maneater on PC from the XBOX application, the game tab launches, we see the animations of the different developers of the game, but the problem occurs afterwards: there is a black screen and the menu never appears.

To see if the problem came from the download or from the PC, I reinstalled the game and restarted the PC, but the problem is still there.

One thing did work for me.

Unfortunately it does mean you have to have a second device.

As someone else said if you go to another pc and launch the game that xbox popup will come up that asks if you would like to connect the game to your account. That is what is missing for these games.

Once you say yes you can go back to you other pc and play the game there.

For me the games were Plague Tale Requiem and Maneater.

I have the same problem. Each time I launch the game I get the 0x87DD0005 error code (on PC Game Pass). All other games launch just fine.
