mando no enciende [controller does not turn on]

buenas noches o dias, queria preguntar por que mi mando se xbox one no prende y no se si se deva a las pilas ya que puse unas pilas recargables de 4.2v y dure como 30 min jugando y despues de ese tiempo mi mando no responde y no prende ni conetando el cable
usb a la consola. mi pregunta es ¿si el mando no soporto la carga de las pilas o ya esta venia dañando de fabrica ya que es practicamente nuevo con 10 dias de uso?. ¿puede tener areglo?

Thank you for reaching out! If your controller does not turn on, even after connecting it to the console via USB cable, it might require servicing. We suggest you refer over to our

Device Support site. There you will be asked to register your console and the system will let you know if it is eligible for a repair/replacement.

Buenas noches. Verifica si esas pilas recargables no son la que están dañadas. Si tienes otro juegos de pilas verifica. Con el tiempo las pilas recargables se pueden dañar.
