Hice una orden de reparacion y me pone que el siguiente paso es recibir mi paquete, pasan por mi casa a recogerlo o tengo que llevarlo yo a alguna zona?

Cuanto tardaria en llegarme el producto arreglado o el de sustitucion ?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Did you get an email confirmation of the repair order with instructions on what to do? The process varies by region, as in the US you would have to take the controller to the carrier with a pre-paid label and ship it to the nearest service center to get
exchanged. I would check for an email with instructions and if you need further clarification on the process, you should contact Xbox Customer Support in your region:

Select Contact Us.
Select "Account & profile" in the first drop-down and then "I need a Microsoft account" in the second drop-down
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account at this point.
Once logged in, scroll down in the window to Other options and select Request a Call.
You can add additional information at this point if you'd like and then select Request call
A new window will open for you to enter your Country/region and your best contact number, then select Confirm and you'll be placed in a queue to receive a call back from Customer Support

Mi problema es el boton RB de mi mando ELITE SERIES
2 no funciona como tal y por lo que veo a muchos usuarios con el mismo control les pasa lo mismo quisiera saber si hay alguna solución y saber si es algún problema de actualización de los
controles elites o es algun mal funcionamiento del mando.

Seria de gran ayuda que me ayudarán a resolver mi problema.

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller

They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help
