Compré la consola hace un año y ha estado funcionando perfectamente bien, pero hace una semana el boton xbox parpadea de forma rara o muchas veces no se enciende lo cual es raro ya que el mando funciona perfectamente bien, incluso el boton funciona bien,
el problema es ese o no se enciende o parpadea cuando lo normal esque siempre emita luz.

Que será? No se como pedir un remplazo ya que el parpadeo es muy incomodo para mis ojos.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. I would of course suggest you make sure the batteries are fully charged, or if they are disposable make sure they are not already drained out. Also make sure that the controller is updated, You can always
take a look at the support article "Update your Xbox One Controller" for steps on updating your controller.

I regret to say that it has not helped me, the command is updated to the latest available version and I use the xbox charge kit that I bought a month ago and that is fully loaded. I think it is a technical problem within the control because I probe with
other batteries and pass the same and pressing the buttons L and R Xbox button emits light, otherwise it does not. I have a two-year warranty, how can I request a control replacement?

Si, tengo la versión 3.1.1221.0, he buscado actualizaciones y me pone que no hay disponibles.

Empiezo a pensar que algo anda flojo dentro del mando ya que al apretar ambos joisticks el boton se ilumina.

Como puedo hacer para pedir una sustitución? (no me aclaro mucho en la web), he visto que tengo garantía hasta 2020.
