    Hi,

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place and/or been done before, but I couldn't find a forum post for one of the error messages so I am confused. Recently moved into my new place, turning on my XB1 original for the first time in over a month, so of course there's
    a mandatory update. Internet connection is all sorted so I went ahead to download the update. The first time it got to around 35% and then stopped, saying -'There is a problem with the update'. The first two times it stopped I just tried to start it again,
    second time it got further. Just a few moment ago, at around 50%, it stopped again. I wrote down the error codes it gave me and only one of them was on the website:

    0x800705b4 - which tells me that 'an Xbox app fails to launch after an update'. This is obviously confusing as I'm not trying to open an app and the update hasn't even finished so....?

    Then it gave me two other codes as well:

    0x00000000

    0x90250005

    Neither of which are coming up on the error codes search. Xbox Live services are fine, my internet is working fine- so I'm not quite sure what I should be doing. I could of course wait and just press 'retry' every time it fails but I've been waiting for
    this update for a few hours now. All I wanted to do was replay Fallout 4.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

    Confirmed. Just hit level 51 and still got a perk. I knew stopping at 50 perks made no sense.

    Hey I found this forum post very detailed and easy to follow, make sure your internet is not only working fine but its glitching or having high packet lost, maybe check internet on another device if you just moved into a new place. Sometimes there are other
    inhibitors other than the internet connection its self, make sure there isn't any security through your modem that might inhibit your xbox from retrieving the update. A wired connection is the most stable way. Again follow the shutdown and reset procedures

    Everything else works fine. An update problem makes sense, I just don't know how to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. All my drivers are updated. I have downloaded some new updates from Windows Update but that was after Halo stopped launching.

    I keep getting an error code after it "installation stopped" that is referring to the game trying to update at the same time it is installing from a disc. Problem is, I don't have a disc it's all digital downloads so it doesn't make any sense.

    i 'm having same issue. a couple of days ago hw2 update appeared around 41+GB. installation stopped around 9.3GB. i've tried all permutations - reboot, uninstal, install from disk, redownload/reinstall, power cycle - all end up at installation stopped after
    downloading ~9.3GB with error code 0x80070570 which search says is for xb360. this on an xb1 for xb1 edition of hw2. plenty of free disk space.
