Discus and support Mandatory update broke the Xbox s. Tried all options back to factory reset and offline... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; X box s working fine, then mandatory update corrupts machine with numerous errors.     Mandatory update broke the Xbox s. Tried all options back to factory reset and offline...


    X box s working fine, then mandatory update corrupts machine with numerous errors.

    Can not access anything but the update screen.

    Tried all troubleshooting even factory reset. But still error codes.

    Tried contacting Microsoft for over a week and not got through to a human. And pushed back on menus.

    Desperate for help as it is my son's machine.

    Any advise on how to talk to a human and secondly how to fix it as tried all options.
