    Why did I have a weird wrong xbox 360 gamertag?

    Please check on your XBOX 360 for your current XBOX 360 Gamertag by going to My XBOX > Select your Gamertag Avatar > Account Management - you should see Windows Live ID listed there. You have to login using that e-mail and password to the XBOX.com website.
    If you want to change it to a different e-mail address then please follow these instructions to do so:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id
