Managing child accounts

Discus and support Managing child accounts in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I cannot manage my children's accounts because they are not to be found in the "Privacy & online safety" section.     Managing child accounts


    So I cannot manage my children's accounts because they are not to be found in the "Privacy & online safety" section. I can see myself, but that's it.

    Very annoying as I just started paying for a Realm in Minecraft that my children cannot access as I cannot give them access.

    Would be nice to have this fixed.

    I don't know if your on 360 or One. But if it's 360 you should be able to sign in "offline" and then go to account in the menu and it should show the email associated with the account. At least that way you'll have the right email.

    Just curious, you stated that you're getting an error. What's the exact error you're getting? If you're getting an error code, it should start with an 8 and be about 8 characters long.
