    I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I couldnt seem to post anywhere else for some reason. I would like to submit a suggestion to be able to apply family settings to individual profiles on my 360 console without limiting the console
    itself. I have children that are too young for xbox live accounts, but I want to restrict their content without having to put in the pass code if I want to look at something or play a game. is there a way we can try and impliment this control without requiring
    an xbox live account for my kids? thank you for your time/consideration

    Downloaded content on the wrong console.

    When you buy a game over Xbox LIVE, the game is tied to both the gamertag and console that it was bought on. Because you bought the game on a different console, you will only be able to play that game on the gamertag that bought it, and only if you are connected
    to LIVE. Because you currently do not have internet access available for your console, and because you bought the game on another console, you will not be able to play it until you can get it back online.

    Once you're back online, you should be able to do a license transfer (settings -> account -> license transfer) to migrate all your game licenses to your console. (Though because of its limited use, it might not be totally viable at first.) This will enable
    you to play the game offline on your own console, as the game will now be tied to it.

    Downloaded content on the wrong console.

    Easiest way to fix this is bring your console to your friends house and connect your console to his network. Once online and signed it you can do a license transfer.

    support.xbox.com/.../download-content

    This will essentially relocate, to your console, any console licenses associated with the content you purchased on your account. You can then bring your console back home and play offline with no problem.

    Or, you could just wait until you have internet and do the license transfer then, but anything you purchased on your friends console will probably have the same issue.

    error 8007065B

    There has been an issue with error code 8007065B today. According to Connectivity Support, you should just need to roll back the system update.

    - To do that, go to System > Settings > Storage > LB RB X LB RB X

    - The system will tell you that if there are any storage devices with a system update that they will be deleted

    - Say "Yes"

    - The console will reboot istelf.

    - The systme update should automatically prompt you to download it, however if it does not then just run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection test and the system update prompt will show up at the end.

    - Once the system update has been re-loaded you should be able to DL your profile again.

    Are you trying to access the packs on the same console or on different consoles?

    When you download content it is tied to the gamertag that purchased the content as well as the console it was purchased on. All profiles can access the content if they are on the same console that the content was purchased on. The gamertag that purchased
    the content can access the content on any console as long as it is signed into Live.

    Usage restriction problems

    Content licenses are tied to the console that originally downloaded the content and the gamertag that downloaded it. If you download A World of Keflings on console A then any account also on that console can access that content. When you move the content
    from console A to console B only the user who urchased the content will be able to access the content. Have a look at this link for more clarification on the issue
