    Okay so I'm trying to change my childs birth date and when I looked up how it says to go to the microsoft family page and go to "Manage my childs profile info" when I click on it, It shows nothing but a blank page. it does not show my children.

    Both the links are the instructions i followed to change the birth date, and it still made me end up on the blank page.

    Alrighty, so switching his age to 30 and power cycling the Xbox did nothing. I then removed him from the family group and re-added him and that has solved my issue.

    Now I've just got to manually set up some permissions to limit his activity I guess. Seems dumb.

    Absolutely, most sites require an age requirement and usually, a child account is not allowed to do so even if the restrictions are already set to adult it will matter with their birthdate.

    I have reached out to discord already on the advice of Microsoft support. Discord indicated it was an issue with the family safety settings for the child account and that I needed to enable 3rd party apps.
