    Manage game updates doesn’t load on my profile


    The manage updates tab in the manage queue section of my games and apps does nothing but load. Im on the series x and I found this when I tried to play my games it would show that it needed an update although it never showed up in the tab. The other
    day I logged on with a friends account and the update tab loaded (yes the game licenses are owned by me). I have restarted the xbox multiple times in the past but nothing seems to fix it for me. Could it be a profile related issue?

    Xbox hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks

    No setting have been changed. Not even game and app thumbnails load. Home screen back ground doesn’t load. I can’t even go onto my own profile.

    The only thing i can do is play some games and talk to friends through game chat.

    I did try to remove my profile but the settings menu wouldn't load either. I've just managed to sign in after yet another hard reset but now I'm back to the games not loading up.
