Man threatening to kick offline

I have contacted an Agent and he told me to post in the forums and i'm currently doing so. So a man named
[Mod removed] told me and my friend off. Continued to kick my friend out of the party forcefully and kicking me . He has our IP Addresses and also willing to gain "revenge". So please do something. Thank you for reading. nice day

WOW! I got into a game lobby last night with the GT that you are talking about and he was saying the same stuff, threatening to kick us offline. I left the lobby as soon as I heard that.

[GT Removed] - Do not name and shame in the forums has been threatening to kick us offline and asking for our personal information such as our address and e-mail accounts. If this doesn't stop it could escalate.

 

This is impossible, only microsoft have the power to do anything like kicking people offline so don't worry

 

Remove the gamertag, do not name or shame on the forums. The only thing he can do to you is IP Flood you , which will only keep you off for about 3 minutes. (If he even CAN trace IP)

 

@DGYT it is impossible to trace, unless he's using other hardware on his console, JTAG/Dev kit, even then, he's not kicking him from Xbox live, he's bringing his connection down

 

Im not going to get into long term argument, because im trying to get my on topic medal, but if someone is in your party and you have a dev kit, you indeed can. And all his IP is , is his computers identification, and if he floods it, it will crash for
a couple of minutes. If you've ever played Gamebattles, you've probably had this happen.

There's this guy who's gamertag [Mod Removed] who threaten me and said I'd have till 6:00 Pm to apologise for something he took the wrong way or he would ban me from Xbox Live and hack my profile to do as he pleases.

 

@Bumble32bee I dont think you should worry about this.. Usually its a teen who is trying to act cool and scare you. With xbox, its really hard to hack some ones account. You should report him via xbox report system by clicking report in the players profile.
If you are concerned about this then you should contact an Xbox official at the support page. And please dont post gamertag`s in forums...

Hello I've also had a recent potential DoS or DDoS attack on my xbox 360 IP address.

On 1th July 2015 between the time frame 3:00am to 5:00am (UTC + 10:00), I was invited to a Xbox live party by the player: Jinxhat221

Both players: [Mod Removed] both mention they had my IP address and were harassing as well stalking my game play movements. I did experience temporary Internet connection after both players mentioned they had my IP address.

This isn't the first time either.

Thank you and hopefully I get some support out of this because DoS and DDoS attacks are very annoying and ruin the pleasure of gaming on Xbox live.
