Man of Medan shared story not working

Thank you for the quick response but I dont have this problem on a console but on the xbox app on PC. I already changed my name so it deasnt have any numbers, hashtag or any other thing, just letters and yet it still says a network error has occurred.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, this is a problem with the game, however, this happens on all platforms, be it Xbox or PC, it is supposedly a problem linked to ''Nicknames'' or Gamertags. You can check below a thread where this problem is commented.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

The problem still remains. It still says network issue has occured when I try to play online co-op

I dont have a problem connecting to other games and on the NAT type it says connected.

I think it's a specific issue with this game, so I suggest you contact the developer, as mentioned apparently it's an issue on their side as it happens on all platforms. You can contact them via the link below.
